As most members are aware, THR is undergoing a few changes this year. Some will be cosmetic, most will be minor, and none will impact the real mission and traditions of the forum.
One change this year is that THR will have an "official" presence at SHOT 2011 in Las Vegas.
Several staff members are registered with media credentials and will be posting live updates, photos and news from SHOT this week.
We hope this new effort will be of interest to everyone and continue to establish this forum as one of the premier firearm related sites on the Internet.
As a member driven forum, the THR folks at SHOT are hoping for your participation in whatever manner you as members may choose; requests to visit a specific vendor, information about this or that product, comments you'd like passed along to a vendor etc. always mindful of course that this is still The High Road, nothing about that will change. We certainly can't guarantee we will be able to accommodate every request but we will work very hard to hit the most commonly discussed topics with relatively real time updates.
Those on site THR media folks will be posting a short intro on what they are hoping to cover this year, and maybe a little about their qualifications to be at this event in the first place as a representative of thehighroad.org.
