You kind of explained your own chain fire there. But I don’t imagine logic will come into it, so carry on regardless.

How have I explained my own chainfire? By not shaving lead? By not lubing the chambers?

A few months ago I fired an ASM that was loaded in 2018 when I was still in MN. All chambers fired like normal. It was loaded with Gatfoe #1 lubed wads and round balls. I guess that not all lubes cause contamination.
