I was just browsing the Titan Reloading website and stumbled on a "3D printed" micro charge disk that they're offering for the Lee Auto Disk powder measures. Lee used to sell a micro disk like this until the die for making it was somehow destroyed. They have since maintained that there isn't enough demand for them to go through the expense of making a new die. I know a lot of reloaders have been trying to find used ones etc so if you're one of those people, you might take a look.

I ordered and received one a few weeks back when they were announced on another forum. These are 3D printed....I just wish the cavity sizes were labeled on the microdisk!

I drilled holes in the sides of my Lee disks, and turn a screw into the hole to the required depth to get the volume I need. Cheaper and more fine tuning than the micro disk, when used on the smallest Lee disk.

The microdisk seemed to work pretty well. The 0.18 chamber consistently gave me 2.2 or 2.3 grains of CFE Pistol. There's some leakage that seems slightly more than normal.

Well, I've got the Lee adjustable charge bar and it wasn't as consistent as the microdisk. I'd go microdisk as long as the cavities get you close to where you want to be.

Something else you could do is modify a Lee adjustable charge bar to be able to throw small charges. The problem with trying to use it as is with small charges is the cavity doesnt line up under the hopper when its adjusted way down so you either get no powder or low powder. With a little plastic JB weld and some thin cardboard and masking tape to form a mold you can move the cavity back under the hopper and have an infinately adjustable charge bar that works with small charges. Ive used mine to throw as low as 2.8gr of titegroup and can easily go lower if needed, the smallest charge my .30 disc hole throws is 3.4. It looks something like this when done.

I could never get consistent drops with the adjustable charge bar dropping 4.2gr Bullseye. It seemed to vary a lot day-to-day then it would sort itself out for the remainder of that session but only after dropping 20-25 charges. That may have been one time when it would've been better not to empty it every day.

I saw the same thing.
That Titan micro looks promising.
I reload 32S&W Long.

(and I don't know anything about JB Weld) :(

I ordered from the micro disk from Titan on Sunday morning and recd it yesterday. It looks really nice. I think it will work well!
