Todays carry...

What is that? I really like it! Obviously a 1911 variant?

I wondered... thought it looked like .45acp
Those early Detonics are classic in a pocket pistol sort of way!

How do you function day to day without a single key? Car key? House key?

I ask because I always have to balance my pockets between my carry gun (LCP), phone, wallet and car key. My car key gets me into my car which gets me into my garage which gets me into my house that remains locked. No knife for me... not enough room... putting a knife in my carry pocket would interfear with a quick draw. Putting the knife in the opposite pocket would scratch my phone screen. Clipping a knife in a pocket doesn't really work in a business enviroment.

I never lock my house and I leave the keys in the ignition of my vehicles.
Great idea! I will have to give that a try!

Cargo pants! My wallet rides in a thigh pocket now.
I wish I could get away with wearing cargo pants to work. In the winter my wallet goes into my front left pocket (with my LCP in the front right pocket) and my phone goes into my jacket/coat pocket. Summer is more challenging though!

I'm guessing @Fine Figure of a Man is a country boy... ain't that hard to get away with out here. If a neighbor saw somebody driving his vehichle there'd probably be repercussions for that poor soul

What holster do you use ? I have to wear dress pants every now and then and they print like crazy. Was thinking about getting a wallet holster but saw complaints about some of them being hard to use.

Keltec P32 in the flimsey little Ruger pocket holster that came with my LCP. It is very thin and isn't noticable in dress slacks. The LCP in the DeSaints holster works well for Docker type pants.

The DB9 in this thickly padded holster of unknown manufacture makes quite a pocket full in loose fitting jeans but conceals the grip of the DB9 well. The shape of the NAA 22mag doesn't have the hogs leg print of a pistol which makes it much less obvious than a semi auto.

Size comparison of all of them. The LCP and P32 look pretty close in size but the P32 is thinner and lighter making it considerably more concealable than the LCP. I would rather carry a 380 than a 32acp... but quite often the 32 just works for concealability where the 380 does not. The DB9 is what I usually carry around town... but seldom carry to work.

I keep a XDs 3.3" 45acp concealed but easily accessable in my car... I can't effectively draw from my pocket while sitting my car.
