I am a big fan of Duracoat. A four ounce bottle will do more than several rattle cans and is very durable when properly applied. I use a $10.00 airbrush from HF or Amazon to apply it. Surface prep and degreasing are the keys. I have a blast cabinet but roughing the surface with coarse emery cloth will work. The metal must have some surface roughness for the paint to bond to.
Kyrlon Fusion is quick and easy. Spray one coat, wait for a little less than 30 minutes, and spray another just like the directions say. Then let it dry for a dayor two. Fusion is a tough finish and seems to become even tougher with age.. .
