Tragic ND shooting locally

Sad situation about 10 miles east of here.

So far no word on what type of firearm was involved.
The area is near the Kansas river and a lot of people go there to blast away with anything & everything without permission, or regard for where the bullets are going to end up.

Without more information about the bullet, there are too many possibilities to speculate much on the incident,

Sorry but I have to say Accidental Discharge until further evidence comes forth. Tragic as it is and as much as we as a society likes to assign blame where ever we can You just can not do it with out evidence.

It’s a wooded area, and it’s not uncommon for people to do target practice in the area

With this said it is probable that neglegence has played a very ugly role once again but how can we be sure as of right now?
