I use them.
Mostly on older revolvers that would look far too goofy with a uber-modern grip, or just for extremely narrow grips for pocket use.
They fill up the area needed behind the trigger guard and give a much better grip, meaning better control.

One great thing they do is keep the back edge of the trigger guard from smashing into the knuckle of your "Social Finger" under recoil on a revolver wearing Magna style stocks.

Good stuff.
Std 'Service' grip panels and the Tyler is waaay more gooder than the oversize 'Target' grips from Smith or colt.
On J frame, the Birami Hip-Grip and Tyler combo is good stuff also.

Love them for double action revolvers. They help to fill in the empty space on many older revolver designs and give you a very sound grip for double action shooting. Plus, they don't widen the profile any.
As an aside, the owner of the company is recovering from a bad heart attack and they're backlogged on orders now.

Raises the axis of the bore relative to your hand.
Brings your finger more in line with the trigger.
Diminishes the amount of grip on the weapon.

Also note, Mr. Tyler was a one-man operation. He just recently had to retire suddenly for health reasons. I understand his family is doing something about pending orders. It is not known whether the family will maintain the business beyond pending orders.

That's sad to hear. Although I do wonder if they would be interested in selling the business ... I'm thinking that lately there has been an increase in interest in T Grips so I'd think one could make a good living making them.

Tyler is still at least semi-operational. They have been working through backlogs and I just received my Six t-grip. My suggestion is to get one now while they're still taking orders. Though expect a bit of a wait.
