The expected exceptions apply - LE/gov and others designated.
Commoners must carry unloaded in locked case.
Note it applies to public transport to an airport as well.

It gets worse.
Applies to roads to airport and parking areas.
May only possess a firearm in a locked case if you are actually a passenger or are shipping the gun. No exception for storing in your car before you depart or while picking someone up.
Up to 10 year prison for violation

Make very sure this bill dies swiftly.

Considering Ellison, Keith (D) from the great state of MN is one of the sponsors, I can say with no uncertainty that its bad legislation that will serve absolutely no purpose.

It is in definition of airport. "a road or section of road used primarily for arrival at or departure from the airport;"

I am thinking of Denver International where the road coming in is a highway tap off I70. Yes there are other exits on that tap but it is primarily used for airport access and over 10miles long.

It is is committee now, an email or two to make sure it dies there is in order.

Based on the timing of it's introduction, I assume he's using the LAX shooting as cover for the bill? Exactly how will this stop someone like Ciancia from commiting an illegal murder? By making it more illegal? :banghead:

That bill would affect things here too. KY 212 leads right into CVG airport but is also connected to I-275 East and West Bound. Many people who live in the area use KY-212 to enter and exit I-275. Looks like it would affect Donaldson Road as well.

Once again... another law will save everyone.
Because before, when it was just illegal to walk into an airport and shoot people, that wasn't clear enough. So a law like this will make it so much more clear and everyone will be safe.
Yeah... because that's how it works.

Double.......no, TRIPLE DOG illegal!

Oh, this will definitely stop the mass murderers from bringing in their weapons. Stupid bill! I hope it never makes it.:fire:
