UTAH CCW instructor certification?

How hard is it to become a "certified" instructor for the Utah permit?

I took the class and have the CCW permit and am a certified NRA basic pistol instructor. The instructor giving the class made us think that Utah CCW instructors were as rare as hen’s teeth.

It's not hard. A friend is an instructor. You have to take their certification course, which I think in only given in Utah, but I'm not positive on that part.
