NRA and gun groups must still have some clout.

Senate Bill 16, however, was pulled by Democrats. It's one of the most often mentioned bills during the Second Amendment Sanctuary discussions we've seen in recent weeks. The bill would expand the definition of assault weapons and subsequently ban them.
Right, but what's the story on supposedly "dropping AR-15 confiscation" within this scenario?
And the gun owners' stand for gun rights/2A will start in VA, history in the making.Virginia has now become the front line, in our struggle for the preservation of the Constitution.
I was wondering where NRA was as situation in VA is history in the making for gun rights. Really, see next post.NRA ... ignored the situation while Wayne was trying on a new suit.
NRA won't be the end all for our gun rights. (I am hoping the SCOTUS will voice in support of 2A)VCDL organized around VA lobby day on the 20th ... another organization was actually being effective
Support VCDL, vote out anti-gun law makers, sue anti-gun bills when they become laws, pray for judicial enforcement of the Constitution/BOR.This is a complete misreading of the situation. The antis are just consolidating behind HB 961, which is far worse than SB 16.
Yup.straight 9 to 5 votes on every other issue they took up. To include allowing local governments to arbitrarily create "gun free zones" by fiat .
Despite how WLP will spin it, this is not a victory.
Here’s my take on your take It’s trolling and you can put your opinion where the sun doesn’t.Here’s my take on the situation
NRA was distracted by WLP being totally preoccupied with himself and fund raising. They ignored the situation while Wayne was trying on a
new suit.
The VCDL organized around VA lobby day on the 20th. When Wayne suddenly realized another organization was actually being effective and becoming a threat to his donations he sprung into action and did something predictably self serving. He announced an event one week before VA lobby day, then claimed victory after having accomplished nothing.
Please urgently send money, or suits shirts ties or socks, directly to Wayne. We don’t have time for the NRA to process the donations. Gift certs for Botox or manicures also welcome. Please hurry. He’s the only one who can save us.
How can a moderator troll his own board? Here’s my take on your take It’s trolling
1. on this board, moderators aren't right just because they're moderators. i'm not going to delete your posts if you disagree. What ever it is or isn’t shouldn’t be open to debate on this forum. I’ll ignore any membership opinion. Moderators not so much. I’ll leave this thread now.
As another moderator, I will opine that the analysis of the NRA is not without some merit.
I disagree to the extent that his behavior last year divided us and destroyed the nras image. It resulted in lots of media about how the nra isn’t something to be afraid of anymore. It's not about the NRAs or WLPs spending habits.
