I've already tried the auction sites and I'm not getting a clear idea of what these are worth. Any real world market help is appreciated.
I have a 1964 Belgian "Sweet Sixteen" with vent rib, full choke, excellent 95-98% condition, no box or papers.
and a 1958 "Magnum Twenty" with full choke, vent rib, and also 98% condition. no box but I think I have the owner's booklet.

The Sweet 16 is worth pretty good money. Depending on condition of course. If the gun is in relatively good shape, collectors will pay real good money especially if you have a Belgium barrel on it. My dad has one and a collector offerred him $1600 sight unseen over the phone over 15 years ago. I would wager that if it was in good shape today you would be looking at $2,000 to $3,000 depending on the condition.

The Magnum Twenty I don't really know, but if they're A-5's the collectors will pay hefty for them. Obviously condition is very important especially to true collectors. I would also have to estimate somewhere in the $2,000 to $3,000 range. The economic situation currently could maybe hold the price down some, but I wouldn't give one up for less than $2,500 regardless of condition. I have found some used A-5's in gun shops on sale for considrably less, but the condition was not very good and only one had a belgium barrel and most had been significantly modified from "original" condition. I hope this helps!

Wish you the best on the prices but I think those prices quoted are on the high side. Maybe NIB might bring those numbers. The Sweet Sixteen will go for more than the magnum 20 IMO. I still look on GunBroker under completed auctions that have actually sold to ball park values. That would be my suggestion for your Browning's also.

Current selling prices on GunsInternational.com (NOT an auction site), have prices ranging from 500-1600 give or take, depending on condition and box, manual, etc......

The full choke barrels are not the favorite of shooters and are generally harder to sell unless the guns are new in the box. Still a vent-rib A5 Sweet 16 in 95-98% condition should bring $1100-$1500 and an A5 Magnum 20 vent-rib in 98% condition should bring $1000-$1200 (depending on the market in your area). Just be aware that this is a bad time to be selling shotguns in this economy. A lot of similar shotguns aren't moving now. I wouldn't sell now unless you absolutely have to.
