I forsee this eventually being challenged in actual courts if in fact any of the 2A counties actually do what they say and not enforce or prosecute those who violate the new laws.

Im not for sure how this would be challeged in court though. I believe it would all depend on how and what actions were taken by the state against the counties and cities.

Thoughts?
