Call To Action In Washington State
Folks,
This is beyond crazy:
Your gun rights are in jeopardy! We need your help.
Please sign in TODAY as opposed to HB 1283.
The bill is scheduled to be heard tomorrow morning at 10 am in the House Civil Rights and Judiciary Committee.
HB 1283 would make openly carrying a firearm while in a group of three or more a felony offense.
The bill is so badly written it would also apply to:
Law enforcement, military or others who carry firearms in an official capacity.
A group of three or more hunters in a vehicle where their weapons are safely mounted on a visible gunrack.
A group of three or more individuals actively hunting together.
A group of three or more involved in target practice.
A group of three or more whose concealed weapons accidently become visible.
HB 1283 casts such a wide net that many law-abiding gun owners could become felons if it is passed!
