This has been a great thread, and now I find myself addicted to searching reviews on the Seiko Dive Watches. Darn you guys!!!

O&W ID3066 with ETA 2824-2 25 jewel automatic movement and sapphire crystal for $360.

Well,

You all had a hand in this. My wife just presented me with a Seiko 007k2 diver for my birthday. She saw me reading all the reviews and asked for some links. She ended up purchasing from bluedial.com.

It is a beautiful, awesome watch. I'll post pics later.

I like the value of the Seiko's, but I like a watch with numerals on the dial, with a utilitarian design. Anybody have one of these? Any info?

I see that discussions of watches is permitted under "Firearm Accessories", but selling watches Under "Buy/Sell/Trade Firearm Accessories" is verboten.

Sooooo. . . . .mods, perhaps this is the cause of the confusion that has led several people, including yours truly, to think it was ok to list watches for sale. . .

Im quite happy with my titanium Tissot. Might not be tacticool or built for armageddon, but it goes with everything, is light as a feather, and is reasonably priced for a proper swiss time piece.
If i had to buy again, i would probably go with a seiko as well. I really like the face designs and the overall robustness of them.

Hi razcob-

On how many different forums do I need to tell you that the FORTIS you have selected is a great watch? You seem to have something in the back of your mind preventing you from pulling the trigger on this purchase. ;)

I wear a Skagen. Excellent watch, keeps great time, looks as good/better then watches more then twice its price. I beat the heck outta it too (I just cant have nice things...) and its still looking and working great.

Nice and thin, too. Big/thick watches annoy the heck outta me.

(I have the 433XLSBMO. Its under men's leather, classic straps. $95.)

Don't laugh too hard. But, I have 3 Invicta automatics using a Myota movment (citizen ??). They have all been really nice and accurate and reliable.
I have a friend who is a watchmaker and he pressure tested all of them. Each was water resistant to the rated depth.

Shop around you can get them for around $130.00 or so.

I have this one among others
