Two seconds on Google told me ZQi is Zenith Quest which is made in Turkey and is apparently pretty good ammo made to NATO spec.
Why interject easily-located facts when speculation, innuendo and "scientific wild guesses" can be employed?

Maybe I should stick to the rivers and lakes that I'm used to as it's probably easier to set decoys . It was some bland Winchester steel #4 in the silver boxes.Sounds about like our store. So, what load is used for waterfalls? Not sure I'd want to tackle them with any load, TLC warned against that.
Ain't autocorrect fun?

Same here. I was given 100 rounds that came with a gun safe. It was about 5moa from a rifle that would consistently hit a 4" plate at 400 yards with Hornady fmj.Robert, that wasn’t my experience with some ZQI 7.62 I purchased on a Walmart price special a few years back.
Cheap was the only thing it had going for it. The absolute worst accuracy I’ve ever experienced with commercial ammo.
I like ZQI 9mmOn Friday I got a “club member flash ammo sale” email from my local “chain LGS”.
They were advertising “ZQi ammunition” in 9mm 115 gr or 124 gr fmj persuasion for $24.98 box/50. I’ve never heard of ZQi.
All the rest of the ad was the usual suspects (Fiocchi, Aguila, Barnes, Nosler, Tulammo, Kent shotshells, etc.).
Stay safe.
Sterling ammo is made in Turkey. I bought a lot of the buckshot from AIMSurplus recently. Worked fine but based on the milder recoil it is clearly lower powered than typical defense 00 buck. Two brands of shotshells new to me, Sterling and MC2.
Can't find country of origin on the former, though it appears to be Italy, as is the latter.
So that's $800 (with sales tax here would be $908) per 1000 of bulk 5.56x45 fmj. Not so reasonable in my book. Nice to see on shelves but more than double from 2019. I'll pass.Winchester 5.56 ammo in bulk boxes at both Cabelas and Academy. Some in 125 round containers, others in 200 round containers. Both 62 and 55 gr are available and the prices are reasonable all things considered. $99 for 125 rounds
