What can Brown do for you?

So Santa just arrived early in a brown suit driving a big brown and gold sleigh and dropped off a gift clearly marked Explosive! It was 2000 50BMG primers and they are packed oddly! There are 100 pockets in the tray just as with all other primers however, only 25 of these are occupied by a primer. There is an empty hole between EACH live primer! A serious waste of packaging if you ask me. A huge volume box with only 125 primers in it. This is brand new stock abd I do not remember the old # 35 primers being packed like this. I also didn't recall paying $.30 EACH PRIMER! After practically searching the country, I actually found some in stock so I bought ALL of them! Is the war really putting this much pressure on our Arsenals?
Have any of you .50 shooters experienced this odd packaging?

You're right about hard to find! After scanning the entire countryside and then finally calling CCI to find out where their last few shipments went to for the #35, I finally tracked some down. I too bought all they had but they only had 1000. Plenty for now. Two boxes with 500 in each. Each box had 5 trays with 100 in each. All 100 pockets in each tray filled. Not every other one as you got. Interesting...........
