I'm really not trying to be a argumentative, but I must be getting the good ones of the batches, of well, everything cheap I guess.
I've not had any issue with the 20 dollar flip up sights, besides them usually leaning to one side, the same side (right) and needing to shim them up.
I don't generally spend a lot of time flipping them up or down, but the rear will go up anytime I'm trying to shoot something small with my red dot.

That isn't to say you won't get a crap set, but my experience has been positive.
I don't think your argumentative, you are one of the few that gets a good product out of the production line that is bad... go by a lottery ticket now.

Reading through this thread and had to laugh...at myself. I am guilty of buying one set of military surplus 'mbus' that were $20, then PSA discounted their mbus set a few months later. So I bought those for around $50.

It's almost like I had to prove to myself that the more expensive ones improved my accuracy over the el cheapos. Guess what? They both work the exact same way and I can't make either one shoot more accurately than the other. lol

I've heard good things about the utg pro backup sights. https://www.amazon.com/UTG-Profile-Flip-up-Aiming-Aperture/dp/B01N17RHUV
All the utg pro stuff I have tried has been very nice, and really a great value. Now, I'm not in a position where I am staking my life on it, but it has been more than adequate for anything I need.

And I think it was recoil magazine, last year, did a comparison of 20 or so sight sets, and utg won the value award by a long shot, and I think was in their top 5 overall.
