What do you guys think of this 1911 CO2 gun?

Great plinker, quite good trigger, accurate up to 10 yards.

The airgun is made by Umarex, Germany.

Entirely metal (zinc alloy), heavy as the real thing, rubber grip panels, DA/SA, muzzle vel is about 110-130 m/s, 12 g CO2 is enough for about 80 shots.

"Gamo makes excellent CO2 pellet pistols at decent prices as well.
"

Much lower quality than Umarex ones.
Gamo air pistols have some "el cheapo" feeling.

But for plinking...

Now you know there is such a thing as an automatic revolver. You read it in the newspapers. :what:

"...there is such a thing as an automatic revolver..." Yep. Made by the Russians, as I recall. One of the Nagants, I think it was, around or just prior to W.W. I.
"...made by Umarex, Germany..." They must have a deal with Colt to be using the logo.

Mateba is an auto-revolver too.

I handled one of the 1911 CO2s, and I simply didn't like how it felt in my hand. Looked real enough, but had somewhat of a cheap feel for some reason. YMMV.

Appearance notwithstanding, all of the Umarex look-alike CO2 pistols are DAO revolvers.

Except the "Walther" PPK/S CO2 and CP99Compact, which are actually really semiauto steel-BB-guns with blowback slide. But actually those were made by Marushin/Japan.
