Videos are no substitution for competent training in a classroom and on the range, but they are often the first place people go for information these days.

If you had a complete noob inexperienced in self defenced that was going to get an AR for home defense (important for distance considerations) what YTVids would you have them watch or what webpages would you send them to so they would avoid all the bad information or way too advanced information out there?

Thunder Ranch - Urban Rifle (PART 1)
Thunder Ranch - Defensive Tactics (PART 1)
For the ladies... (good info for BOTH sexes...)
Massad Ayoob Long Gun Home Defense
Massad Ayoob "Judicious Use Of Deadly Force"

There is a lot of info here, but seems to me the learning tasks would be
1. Teach them how to set up and run an AR. Hopefully, we can avoid this:

2. Law of lethal force instruction.
3. Tactics

Where's the chainsaw for the hordes of zombie's?

Karl from tactical rifleman on youtube is good. Also Kye Lamb of viking tactics. Kyle also wrote a book or 2 on the subject.

Magpul's The Art of the Tactical Carbine is a great primer. The DVD's are now out of print, but can be found on ebay. I haven't done any looking, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were available somewhere on streaming also.
