Please, I do not want any opinions on what will happen with this case. This is a separate thread than the other big one because I just want a simple answer.
I read a few news articles and more than a couple noted that on November 9th, when the court was originally supposed to decide on taking the case, they decided to rephrase the question.
Here is the new question they court arrived at today:
“Whether the following provisions — D.C. Code secs. 7-2502.02(a)(4), 22-4504(a), and 7-2507.02 — violate the Second Amendment rights of individuals who are not affiliated with any state-regulated militia, but who wish to keep handguns and other firearms for private use in their homes?”
My question is, does anyone have a link to what the original question was?
