Mine is a H&R999 from 1937, after that would be my M1 Carbine (my absolute favorite long gun)

I should post pictures, then I wouldn't be a hypocrite asking for MORE PICTURES from everyone else.

My oldest would be my 1936 M91/30 Ishevsk, the first and so far only gun I have purchased myself. I also have several long guns handed down to me or given to me by family. These include a Winchester Model 50 from the middle of 1957, a Winchester model 190 that I believe was purchased near the tail end of 1978, a Remington Model 514 that was purchased in the early 60's and a Savage .22/.410 o/u that is at least 30 years old!

Mine would be an 1879 Argentine Remington #5 Rolling Block in .43 Spanish. Picked it up earlier in the year at the NRA auction. It has all the factory stamps, a full vernier tang sight, and an extremely clean bore.

My oldest is a Steyr-Mannlicher M95 from somewhere between 1895-1918 (probably towards the later end), the exact year of which has been obscured by a rearsenal stamp in 1920.

My wife received a rifle her uncle used for big game hunting in Africa. He passed in the late 80's and her aunt kept it until she passed in 2010 when it was passed to my wife. Had it checked, cleaned and lubed and took it to the range for testing.

M1896 Krag in 30-40 Krag. Heavy beast but excellent shooter. The stock is in really good shape with no rust or pitting on the barrel. Shoots accurately and is a blast to shoot and fun to neck size reload for.

Don't know history, was in guncase bought from widow, had Winchester 94 dated 1953 and H&R shotgun dated 1945, missing triggerguard/trigger return spring, does work and tested with 8gr 3f Goex and 38 prb.

The oldest I currently own is a 30 year old 10/22 that was my first gun. I've previously owned a Mosin Nagant and a few Walther PPs of late 60's vintage.

My oldest is a Colt Army Special in .32-20 cal. Mfg in 1922. I don't know much on the history, but it is the sweetest shooting gun that I own.

W.C. Smith 1868 double 12 gauge. Winchester 1873 made in 1875. Singer 1911 made about 1920 I'm told but don't know for sure. Was carried by a friend USMC in 1939. And a few 1903 Springfield rifles my grandfather brought home from WW one.

And if you try to bring home anything from our current wars, the government gets all bent out of shape...

Of course WWI was well before the most egregious INFRINGEMENTS upon our 2nd Amendment rights (i.e. NFA34 and GCA68)..

Mine would be an 1896 Mosin-Nagant...

I have a Winchester 1894 30WCF Saddle Ring Carbine made in 1908 that I purchased about 6 years ago and now trying to sell, and I have a single barrel 12 guage shotgun that's been in the family since my great grandfather. On the side of the receiver is "WHITE POWDER WONDER". On top of the barrel is marked "high pressure barrel" and the only thing I can find for a serial number is stamped underneath the barrel chamber that's hidden when closed up. I'll probably pass it down to my son to keep in the family.

I'm a firm believer in the concept that firearms should be passed down to your kids and not just sold if at all possible.

1904 Iver Johnson revolver
couple of .38 from the 30s or 40s
few shotguns from the late 20s-early 40s

Oldest pistol is an 1851 Navy Colt captured at Island #10 in the Mississippi River by my great great grand father.

I've got an old Sears model 21, 20ga shotgun. It's missing some bits and appears to have been run over by a car at some point in its life, Numrich to the rescue! The mag tube is mashed to hell, barrel is a bit bent, and it's missing one of the slide rails. Otherwise complete, and I'm actually rather looking forward to resurrecting it despite my being more of a single projectile kinda guy.

My oldest gun is a 1893 Brescia Carcano Carbine, and apparently it is an Ex-sniper rifle, because it has holes on the side for a scope mount, i picked up the gun off of some guy in another town over, his father collected old guns and every once in a while he sells some, i picked this gun up for only $120, I couldn't pass up the offer ;)
