I snagged 8 lb of Universal from them 'a month or so ago' in Houston for that same price. Last one.

Saw this post.

Went back today and Good Sam members get another 10% of, and they had a coupon for yet another 10% off one item.

Before tax, I paid 'low $70's' for one 8 lb.'er and $63 something for a 2nd. (They also had the other 3 mentioned above in 8 lb.'ers)

EDIT -- after you meet those criteria, you can add other hazmat items to your order, such as primers or other brand powders. I added a few different primers and had to pay $2.10 in shipping. A friend added a pound of H110, shipping was still free. Probably due to drop shipping on the primers.

So just a heads up on the brownells 1c hazmat.

It appears no code is needed for 1 cent hazmat. Its automatically adjusted in your cart, so you can use one of their regular codes to take an additional amount off the final cart price. Just bought a case of cci 500 primers for ~136 shipped after adding a dollar filler to hit their 15 off 150 and free shipping code.

Regular brownells code that seem to be around all the time:

10 off 99 - VDF
15 off 150 - NAX
20 off 200 - M8Y
Free ship over $49 - VB5

As far as i know most of those codes also give you free shipping. *YMMV and coupons may change but they worked for me

Depending on the powder and primers i would try to fit it into multiple orders that maximize your savings. If you dont want to stress about playing mic and match to save every penny just use the best discount code for your cart.

As far as i know you can only apply one coupon code. The 1 cent haz mat special doesnt appear to require a code so someone should be able to just use one of the preexisting x off y codes that are listed in my earlier post.

Dont take my work for it. Go to your cart and add one the of codes i listed earlier. See if all the numbers look right to you. You should still see a penny special handling charge in addition to a nice little discount.

I did 5k of cci 500 + a 99 cent front detent spring to hit 150.98 and then used NAX to bring total to 135.98. After the 20% rebate from cci ill be looking at just 2.2 cents per primer.

Its an optimization game.
 
Would appreciate current best price deals on 9mm plated or FMJ ENCAPSULATED BASE 124, and any SPP no hazmat deals. Thanks! Anything around $0.07-$.08 cents per bullet shipped would be awesome.
