Of the three, I voted for Buckmark, although my personal favorite is the S&W M22A. Buckmark is my Wife's favorite. We've several Ruger MKII & MKIII pistols and none are as reliable as the M22A, Buckmark or Neos.
My old MKI digests anything I feed it from target to bulk pack ammo. If I were looking today I'd opt for a MKII over the lawyerized MKIII.
Yes the Ruger is a bit quirky to strip but after 1 or 2 times you'll get the hang of it.
