I've been looking at the various manufacturer's and am faced with a dilema, I already own an m4gery and would like a similar in 9mm but which way to go? I'd like to not spend more than 800$. From what I can tell the Colt style mag system is plentiful (Beta drum, many manufacturers) but requires a rounded hammer and new buffer plus mag block(or expensive modified mags, but i'd like the mag block). RRA makes 9mm specific lowers with no need for a mag block although the ability to do something else with the lower in the future if i change interests is appealing. Olympic arms makes an upper that just pins on to an existing lower with no need to change out any parts, but it uses Cheap but less common sten mags. What other manufacturers am i not looking into that I should? Whats the best upper only system with minimal parts changing? I'd like to just buy a new upper and be able to easily and quickly switch back to .223 if I want, but if a whole new rifle is in the price range, well, there's no such thing as too many AR's (maybe too many choices though). Help!!!!!!!!!
