At those ranges almost any of the major names would work just fine. For that kind of cash you can get just about anything short of a LaRue or KAC.

Another vote for RRA. I have a 20" Varmint A4. It will shoot.
Another consideration could be getting a RRA NM A4. You could add a scope or use the steel sights if you wanted to compete with it.
