Removable Front sight that is engineered with a dovetail mounting solution for either 11mm or 13mm dovetails? Looking to replace the "Korn / globe" match front sight unit for a more hunting oriented front sight unit. Searches / permutations of request through the internet haven't yielded anything useful as of yet. Thanks, and regards.

Worse case you can get a Weihrauch insert for the globe that is simply a straight or tapered post; same as on a typical hunting rifle.

You are correct. just hate that route. Want something that seems to not exist anymore.

I bought an aperture rear sight to put on a new Weihrauch W35E and spent days trying to find a taller front sight that would fit the barrel dovetail. No luck. There just isn't a lot available other than really high-end globe target stuff.

looks like I'm going to have to get two of those 11mm to weaver - picatinny conversion bases and then Low profile AR15 sight set with fiber optic inserts. So far that's only thing I've been able to confirm to work. Wish Tec-Sight would make a picatinny mountable.
