Some young guys here. I was 66 last month. I am retired and do not have much to spend on guns. I have several that I have accumulated over the past 46 years or so. I used to to a bit of trading (30) years ago. Now, if I get it, it stays with me. Do not sell or trade anymore. I just fill up my safe whenever I can squirril away enough to get another one. I drink cheap wine, smoke cheap cigars and buy economical guns. I do not dance with ugly women though. Nope, life is too short,

Still trying to decide if there is such a thing as too many...Every time I start thinking I have the guns I want, I seem to find a couple more that I need. (Also, I've discovered that with guns, need and want are the same word, just spelled a little different...)

Father was a SWAT team member, mother was an officer (they met in an arguement over orders); so, I got into guns at an early age. Worked as a gunsmith from 18 to 23, and for the last two years I have worked as a mental health counsler at a correctional facility.
I don't spend my money on anything but bills and my girl, also an avid gun collector. This leaves a little extra for us to buy a new gun every now and again.

Student at a community college, still undecided about my career.
Unemployed at the moment, hoping to get something soon.
Have around 15-16 guns (I don't feel like counting at 3:40 am). Major interests in the outdoors and shooting. All of my firearms have different uses to me, and all get used. The ones that get the most use/carry time is the .22lr rifles and pistol, 300 Win Mag, .270 and my Para 0rdnance P10-45.
I'm spoken for by a little lady that shares a lot of the same interests as me. If any of you have followed my posts or recognize me from the sub-forums will know I speak very highly of that girl. I introduced her to shooting/hunting/fishing after we met about 4 years ago, now she's my hunting buddy and even has her own PINK fishing pole. Soon to be engaged(gotta sell my bike first, those rings are as expensive as AK's now

Have a 16 year old Gun Nut son ( named GUNNER ) Does it get any better? 24 yr old beautiful daughter who killed her first buck and field dressed it at 14 ( nurse - model ) does it get any better? awesome 20 year old dude. No kids, baby on the way. I currently own 8 or 9 guns. I'm an avid shooter and hot rodder. I'm in the process of buying a 67 Merc. I've built and owned several rods and classics including a 1930 Bantam, 1935 Ford Coupe, 1941 GMC pickup, 64 Galaxie, 73 Nova, and a few others. I also got a motorcycle, 2000 Suzuki Intruder VL1500. unemployed since dec thanks to the economy, but I've been in construction since I was 14 and for the last 4.5 years I did paving and grading for a small company. I have all the paperwork and I'll be applying for my type 7 FFL and concealed weapons permit after I turn 21 in June.

Junior in college at UTSA.
Since I am hoping to get into medical school I do not work.
Pay bills with GI Bill money from my time in the Navy, truck gets paid with the compensation for service related disability.
Only have the one Glock right now, but I that will change once I am done with undergraduate, medical school, AND internship/residency. When I will be a Forensic Pathologist (Medical Examiner)

I used to be an electricians apprentice but when 80% of my job was concrete I absolutely hated it (we built the bases for cell phone towers) as of now I am working for my cousin as a janitor cleaning buildings when people leave and I work part time at a local restaurant for a really good friend, and I help a friend build fences. I rarely have time to do anything besides sleep.

Married to an awesome woman who tolerates my guns (well, more like tolerates the money I spend on them). No kids, but 2 mutts, one awesome cat, one 3 legged relatively cool cat, and one punk a@@ kitten, who will be cool once he gets out of the kitten phase.
Just got out of the Army bout a year and a half ago (1/508 -in SETAF, not 82nd, 3/505, 2/63 AR, 3/505 again which became 5/73). Was an 11C first, then reclassed to 91B (aka 91W, 68W). Been deployed to Kosovo, and Iraq twice. (Yes, the 82nd was the best unit I have ever been in, thanks)
Going to school now, at the University of Northern Iowa.
No handguns for me, but I do kind of want to get a .22 to see if I like them.
As for rifles, I have a 2 Garands, a Savage .270, a 10/22, and a Mossberg M44, and a RRA Varmint EOP. I reload for the centerfires.
For shotguns, I have an 870 express that has more or less been turned into my deer gun, and a CZ 712 (which is underrated I think - only malfunctions I have had were with Winchester bulk packs, no others).
I get most of my guns by saving for them, or by buying them after a deployment. Guns are about the only things I spend money on, so my wife is ok with it, but of course wishes I would spend less on them, just as I wish she would spend less on clothes and bags and whatnot.
