I have seen this brand on reloading equipment at MidwayUSA. Where did they come from and is this MidwayUSA's proprietary brand? Apologizes in advance if this has already been answered, however I did a search and came up with nothing.

There are some products on Amazon also, so who knows? Probably you guessed it, "made in China" but that is a WAG

I don't know, but I ordered a couple of their plastic ammo boxes from Midway and I like them. I assumed those took the place of the Frankford Arsenal boxes they discontinued.

Made in China? I would assume so unless it is stated otherwise in the ads.

Great question, I’ve been wondering that myself. I bought the National Metallic digital scale when it first appeared a few months ago. It is battery and AC powered, and doesn’t turn off automatically, which is what I was looking for for my loading bench. It appears to be every bit as accurate as my Hornady Digital Scale, while also being much more sensitive. I haven’t seen their products on any other site,

AMAZON

A little searching and it turns up with a bunch of stuff available at Midway. I am betting that it is their store brand stuff--who knows it might just be good stuff. Time will tell.

AMAZON
Clearly you have a better Amazon filter than I do. I find a listing for the same digital scale that I bought from MidWayUSA, and absolutely nothing else. I would be hard pressed to use a plural in this instance. Nonetheless, I defer to your magical Amazon search tool.

I just sent an email to MidwayUSA asking this question. I will post answer. I should have done this first but naturally assumed everybody but me knew the answer.

I own a - Metallic Model II progressive press - that I bought with a lot of reloading stuff from a third hand kind of deal
where someone had passed away years ago & it was hid away since about 1984 per the info on the
loaded ammo. PERHAPS, it was used to load the bullets at that time, I'm not sure. That would make
it a very old but the set up seems very well designed, I have it on my steel bench & use it for all handgun
work. Perhaps the company has sold out to Midway or at least the name.
Looking up the press itself a couple of years ago I am real sure I say one on sale for around $600 which
seems way out there.
Might even be a different company because the press doesn't have - NATIONAL - on the name.
Hope that helps some.

Here's proof National Metallic is MidwayUSA brand.

Listing for National Metallic lead alloy shows the following - https://www.midwayusa.com/lead-alloy/br?cid=8662

View attachment 816753

"MidwayUSA has teamed up with an industry leading Certified Lead Foundry to offer the highest quality casting alloys available. Made in USA. Country of Origin - USA"

Here are other National Metallic products - https://www.midwayusa.com/national-metallic/b?bid=1096300

That statement only means that Midway has teamed up with a "industry leading Certified Lead Foundry" and that the lead is from USA and Midway has it's name on it. It doesn't mean that the other branded products are made in the USA.

Key is MidwayUSA is selling products under National Metallic brand.

Of course, I don't expect all the products to be made in USA. Plastic products could come from Berry's MFG but I am not sure.

The bullet puller sure looks just like my Frankford Arsenal whose parent company is Smith & Wesson.

News to me, I thought Frankford Arsenal was just a Midway house brand label.

I figure National Metallic is the same. Looking at products on the actual Midway site shows a conglomeration of stuff probably made all over. American lead, sure; but Chinese scale and calipers. Who knows where their labels are printed and their plastic products are molded.

Received email reply from MidwaUSA regarding their relationship.

"Thank you for contacting us in regard to National Metallic products. Yes, this is a MidwayUSA brand. I apologize for any inconvenience.
