Who made this?

First time my Google - fu failed me!
Found this in the parking lot at work.
I know Mossy Oak didn't make their own knives, but I would like to know who did, and the steel used.
No other markings other than the Mossy Oak logo and name as shown.I
Any ideas?

I picked up two knives with similar pattern blades for @$2 in a used bin at the gun show.

Seems like no name and no country of origin marking is not unusual these days, though if I had to guess it would be China.

That knife was sold in a pack with a multitool mainly at walmart, currently out of stock, no steel specified besides stainless. Sold for $19.99.

Great find! I would agree with Speedo66 in that your knife looks to be from China and was probably stocked at Walmart or Home Depot for around $10 to $20. Aside from that I have no idea as to what steel was used in it's construction though I did find different models list 440 (C?), 3CR13, and 8CR13MOV as to what the blades are made of.
