Why are people never satisfied with the guns they own?

I guess I'm a lucky man. For the past month, my wife has been absolutely pestering me to "...get (my) FFL again! You love guns so much, you really need to do that!"

Guess you're lucky, not from my chair....know you're lucky.:D

you will never see me get rid of any of mine, i only buy what i realy like, ushuly very expencive...for me anyway ( 1000-1500 ) i have a few old cheepos but i love them still the same. i rotate what i shoot so all get equal shooting time. i keep saying " just one more then im done" but im always wanting one more. i figure it will always be one more all the way till im dead.

Guns are addictive. The government controls them and tries to restrict them, which makes gunnies a junky of sorts. We'll never get enough, unless their cheap, high quality and don't have purchasing restrictions. Then after we've bought about 400 firearms, we'll be satisfied.

I am satisfied with the firearms I own. I would Love a rifle in .454, but I will live just fine without one.

Of 9 handguns I've bought I still have 7. Out of those I could easily pick 3 that I could part with and feel no pain. Oddly they are all the semi-autos. The remaining revolvers 2 - .22 and 2 - 357's would all hurt to part with. None are high dollar collector pieces but 3 of the 4 are out of production.
