I would open carry how else would I discourage the bad guys,and showoff my exotic holster at the same time.
Lets say I had to whip out my whistle and as I was blowing it the bg punches me in the face,and I chip my tooth can I sue the cops and the sponsor that gave me whistle without proper training ? Or would I be charged with a UUW (Unlawful Use of a Whistle)

I just hope the cops taught them the four rules.
All whistles are loaded
Never point a whistle at anything you don't intend to annoy
Keep your lips off the whistle until you are victimized and ready to make noise
Be sure of your six and any dogs around you
