Will my SMLE and Win92 be illegal in NY?

With the new magzine ban in the works, will my Lee Enfields, M1 rifle and carbine, and Winchester '92 .32-20 be illegal if not modified? Does this new law apply to bolt/lever action rifles or only semi-auto? How about the Ruger 10-22?

We all would sleep much better if a large screw were drilled through the middle of that Winchester magazine and then welded in place. Well some people would or they SEEM to be.

Magazines that hold 8-10 rounds which were bought prior to the new law going into effect will still be legal to own, buy you can only put 7 rounds in them. The pre-1994 mags with more than 10 rounds which were previously grandfathered will be illegal to possess.
