winchester model 100 jamming

I have a winchester model 100 308 cal that is jamming. Gun fires then kicks the shell out half way. Sometimes it goes all the way and puts another shell in but always after that it start the same ole thing over where the shell is ejected half way. I have cleaned this gun more times than I can count. Tried several different ammos. Can anyone help. Thanks Charlie
