would like to have a CZ 22LR barrel cut down, guidance needed

I live in CA - looking for a good smith to cut down the barrel of my CZ 22LR - its the 452 American 22.5 inches / prefere a 18 or 20" barrel

what would you expect the charge to cut/crown??
