Anyone running one of these Marshal holsters? It's their take on the avenger style holster.

I've never ran a OWB, I'm looking for a "higher ride" that doesn't take up a bunch of real estate on the belt but rides secure. Secure enough to work around the farm with it.

I haven't heard any bad reviews about Wright, and their prices are fair.

I already went to place order but they don't take paypal, will go back and order it with different payment unless you guys talk me out of this type of holster configuration with good reason.

It should be fine. While I'm not a fan of sweat shields, and that holster has a big one, it may be what you're looking for in a farm holster. Beside the big sweat shield, the design is the typical Nelson #1 Professional/Askin Avenger style offered by nearly every holster maker. Wright Leather Works has a pretty good reputation.

Unless you are going to be doing a lot of work seated I would suggest a SOB holster. Less likely to be in the way, very comfortable when you are doing a lot of work with your hands.

I would say the holster you are looking at would work well for you, all of the leather I have from this company is great
