saw some prev comments about the defunct wyoming arms 10mm.i've owned one since around 2000,but it never worked properly.the guys at classic marksman gun range/atlanta,ga.figured out that the gun was missing the ejector& of course,no parts are available for these guns.in approx 2008 i had aubrey of gun craft/ruskin,fl. make an ejector.he contacted some people who used to work for amt & others to get the design.but by 2011 new problems had developed.i had phil of hole in the wall gunsmith/palm harbor,fl. re-machine the safety/firing pin/plunger "group"& now the gun finally works as was originally intended.the gun is a strange combination of a colt 1911 & an amt automag.it functions perfectly with colt 10mm(delta elite) magazines.the gun easily puts 5 shots in the chest of a silhoutte target at 15&20 yards.the laseraim was the same gun with enhanced cosmetics but it also failed.both companies died after a couple of years.phil at hole in the wall will be happy to build/machine parts for these guns.thanks,mr baltimore.

I remember reading the literature for these at a local gun shop. They were supposed to offer one in 357 Magnum; wonder if any of those ever left the factory?

I had one of those back in the days when they first came out. Mine worked fine but was the least steller of the 10mm's I owned back then. And I owned a bunch.

And it was the only 1911 style 10mm I had.

It was way better than a friends Springfield Omega 10mm, his was a huge jam o matic. rarely could that gun get a mag through without issues.

For the price at the time the Wyoming arms was a decent if somewhat unremarkable pistol.

Oh which model do you have, mine was the 7" longslide. That was one of the main reasons I picked it up.

I have a Wyoming Arms Parker 10mm that I got in a trade. It's a good shooting gun but always ejects the magazine after each shot by itself (or it could be related to my big hands actuating the mag release without my knowledge). It's a 5" model that does accept 1911 style magazines. If I can figure out how to post pics I might put a couple up on here if anyone is interested.
