Your Funnest Pistol or Revolver

I'm an awful shot with a handgun, wicked flinch, and very little experience.

Thus my Browning buckmarks my favorite for just fun shooting, mostly because .22s don't make me flinch, and I hit what I'm aiming at.
I've got 2 barrels, a 5" slab side, and a 10" bull.
The scoped 10" will hold around 1" at 50yds with ammo it likes. It's also not so heavy that I can't shoot it off hand.
Spent some time breaking Clay's, and walking bowling pins at 200yds with it and a red dot. Hit probably 50% once I figured the drop.

Lately tho I've been working on shooting my revolvers.
A .44 special gp100, and a . 44mag SBH, I'm getting better at flinching the right way with those, so they are getting to be fun. Maybe they will eventually beat the . 22

A scoped 22.cal pistol is something I have always wanted and just put off. And it would be great for carrying in the woods while squirrel hunting. Easier than toting around a heavy rifle all day. Recently bought a AR15 22, haven't shot it yet, but we will see.

Take your pick they are all fun!

Technically speaking, the CZ Scorpion EVO S1 is a pistol. In addition, it is, without question, the funnest gun that I have.

I've been following this gun for over a year and am finally ordering one. So looking forward to it. I bought some of the upgrade parts from HB Industries too.

As I recall, the only real changes I have made was to add the HB spring kit and using metal polish on several parts in the trigger / Fire-Control unit.

I recently ended up with an Eo Tech Sight and magnifier. I will probably try that on the Scorpion soon. A friend gave the set to me and I feel it would look a bit unappreciative if it doesn't get used.

That’s a very tough question. As to one pistol that I’ll never part with and is totally unique and fun it would be my 1941 Mauser made Luger. My wife found it in a gun store twenty five years ago and had been stored in the sock drawer of a WWII vet that had it since the war. It is in its original holster, all numbers match along with the two original magazines. The takedown tool is missing but it and the holster are better than 90%. I’ve shot it and thoroughly enjoy it.

I had a pretty nice collection of vintage military firearms at one time. Second choice would be a 9mm Broomhandle with wooden holster/stock and kit. Third would be a P38 war issue that was never issued.

Modern guns, my 1911’s.

In a revolver it’s my 625 Smith 45 acp, Smith 34 22/32 Kit gun. In 357 it’s my Smith 28-2. Oops can’t forget my old Ruger Single 6 convertible 22.

Really it’s hard to narrow it down to one or two guns. It depends on the mood of the day.

Most recently---my Ruger 9mm PC carbine

I also took out my .22 pistols---my MkIII mags are kind of pain to load and the Winchester ammo I brought along wouldn't chamber in my Single Six--at first I thought I had the wrong cylinder in it---nope that's not it---still need to look at what's going on there. I put everything away after the range trip and have been kinda busy to really look into it. That same ammo worked fine in the autoloader.

My SP101 is a close second after the carbine.
