I will start with a nice .375 Holland and Holland Double. Then perhaps a really nice .375 H+H turnbolt. And a drilling with 9.3x60something, .22 and 12 ga.
Safari rifles have always turned me on, I guess I have read to much about the early days in Africa- oh, yes. a big blackpowder double rifle.
Some years ago I came across a J. Manton double percussion shotgun in an antique store of all places. (Manton was Purdeys mentor) Unfortunately I was dirt poor at the time and couldn't scratch a $1000 to save my life. Oh well..

A very carefully built M14 with a 20" barrel and a good optic
Some more AKs couldnt hurt
Would certainly have a custom parkerized, with weaver rail and polymer stock levergun in 10mm and a matching Colt in 10mm

I'm pretty happy with my current spread, but I'd be real happy if I could get
a few custom barreled drillings and doubles.

I'll take that to mean i can buy what i want and multiples thereof if i want

AI-AWP in .308

a West Texas Ordnance or LRB M-14 clone

at least 3 ARs (A1, A2, and a GAU-5/A/A clone)

Enfield L-42 complete with all matching acessories and the "footlocker" crate
and a whole slew of WW1 and WW2 milsurps

Do a search by user name, and enter "Zak Smith"

There's a few others I'd add, but its a start. ;)

The add-ons...

BAR

Thompson

MP5 & a UMP

M16 (and associated, multiple uppers of different configurations)

PPsh

Hmmm...the USS Wisconsin.

I'll think of a few more, later.

Hmm...some custom concepts first...

A few heavy barrelled rifles, built on M70 actions, with the following common
characteristics:

30" Kreiger barrels
Nightforce 8-32 scopes
McMillan stocks
In the following calibers:
.300 Win Mag
6.5-06
6.5-300 Win Mag
.223 Ackley Improved

FN SRT, with Nightforce optics

3 AR15's with 16" barrel and ACOG,

M1928 Thompson

McBros .50 benchrest rifle,

M60 GPMG,

Ma Deuce,

a few variations of Swedish Mausers,

and the best M1A that I could have built!

Sure is fun to dream, isn't it? :D :D

Edited to add: At least 2000 rounds of ammunition on hand at all times for each gun. Plus, one of the big ammo manufacturers to have an assembly line--JUST FOR ME--with ammo for each caliber shipped to my door once per month. (Yeeeeeeah, boyyyyyyy---the happy dance ensues!)

Bulgarian 5.45 krink, on a SLR-105 receiver.

Thats about it, i'm not really into rifles.

I'd take a better 700 in .30-06 or .308, and something in a larger caliber, but thats pretty much as specific as i can get.

Coronach,

Bwahahahahaa!! :D

On topic, as I get more serious about shooting I find that I am more satisfied with a small number of firearms which I am able to shoot to a level of mastery.

As a start, I might like an army of Elves supplying 260 Ackley barrels and ammunition for my AI...

A BAR... marked Colt.

A 1928 Thompson, marked Colt...

a few other Colt marked rifles... like a Lightning in .40-60 or a Burgess lever gun.

And of course a Rigby magazine rifle in .375, quarter rib, express sights, qd scope, 24 lpi hand checkered walnut with a buffalo horn cap and engraved steel toe,(charcoal blue naturally) and a heavy double rifle say a .425 Westly Richards Magnum, coin finish engraving and top grade walnut. A trip to africa to go with them.

A few neat modern Russian pieces... like a Bizon.

But money is an object. Darn money.

Zak-

I have a deck. That's a start, right? ;)

(Actually, I have a deck AND an AR, so that's definately a start)
