Not unless you move out of state.
NFA firearms can only be acquired from a transferor in your state of residence.
If you move out of state before approval:
If your Form 4 was submitted as an individual it would have to transfer to a dealer in your new state, who then submits a new Form 4 to you.
If your Form 4 was submitted as a trust/LLC/Corp, then any member of that trust/LLC/corp can take possession after approval. If they weren't listed as a Responsible Person on the original Form 4, then the trust/LLC/Corp documents need to be updated. That RP can then go to the dealer and fills out the 4473 and the dealer runs the NICS check on them.
