Ruger 7 1/2" Bisley holster fit

Anybody ever try a Ruger Bisley in one of these?



Now, before anyone says "just scroll down!", I know what it says below:



The Bisley is clearly listed, but I've been "had" by Midway before with holster fit on a Hunter 1100!

What I'm looking for is someone with first-hand experience. Nobody stocks this style/length locally that I know of.

My main concerns are the fit of the retention strap around the Bisley trigger guard, as well as the larger frame size of the Bisley compared to, say, the Single Action Army, Cattleman, or New Frontier.

Anybody have and use one of these for a 7 1/2" Bisley?

I bought one for my 7 1/2" Bisley years ago, even in my safe it stays in it. Great holster, I think I bought it from Ruger itself.

I have one for my ruger bisley and she fits fine.

Check out simply rugged holsters. Very similarly priced as the hunters but are custom made. I use the sour dough pancake to carry my Blackhawks. With the proper belt you will forget you have them on.
