Yep I've already developed light loads for practice and next to full house loads for it and both shoot to same point of aim at 25-30 yards. Got it sorted out.Sweet gun. Does it shoot as well as it looks?

Acually it's a Super Redhawk and with full house loads it recoils pretty hard. Takes time to learn how to go with it. Can't imagine trying to deal with a 475 Linebaugh's recoil . I've heard they are brutal.Nice!!! Ive wanted to get a ruger blackhawk cambered in the .480 ruger but I would really like to be able for it to handle .475 linebaugh as well.
I bet, Ive shot .500 linebaughs before, and yes I know your ruger is a super redhawk, I was referring to the recent super blackhawks they make in .480 ruger now.Acually it's a Super Redhawk and with full house loads it recoils pretty hard. I've been enjoying a 45 Colt/45acp Blackhawk convertible for over thirty years. Both cylinders give fine accuracy. I think you would love it.Ruger Blackhawk convertible. Haven't decided on the caliber yet, but I'm leaning toward the 45acp/45LC version.

Happy Birthday ! One day early isn't to bad.The next revolver you purchase will be what, and why you'd choose that revolver? Myself I want a 5" 6" or 6.5" something in S&W,Taurus,or Ruger, but only one of them to be my next buy.
