The Russian ammo ban was enacted in September 2021. I remember reading that there was some speculation that the Russian ammo companies (Barnaul, Tula) might build factories outside of Russia to get around the ban, and thus keep up their production. Does anyone know if there is some truth to that?
Watching Gunbroker, it looks like what was in transit dried up. It seems auctions are just reselling existing supplies.
