I do the same thing for 38 special , FCD always takes care of it with mixed head stampI'm happy to report thatmy .38spl problems in post #371 were quickly solved with a trip through the Lee Factory Crimp Die!.
All my misfits passed the plunk test in my Lyman chamber gauge block, after their treatment.
Ain't that the truth!...awaiting the mythical large rifle primers
They would have to keep them. Too bad you aren't close by.I found em…. For $179/k
I’m tapping into product purchases from 2003, now. My buying slowed down around 2009 so I have a few years before I have to start thinking about current prices. Hopefully I will live that long. They would have to keep them. Too bad you aren't close by.
That said, I did pay almost $100 per 1K for some CCI-34 primers early on during this craziness.
Other than that though, I have plenty of LR primers for my needs.
I didn’t pay it. But I’m getting under 2k on hand and that makes me start getting nervousThey would have to keep them. Too bad you aren't close by.
Oh, man! That hurts my heart to read. I hope everything comes out well.I have a mess waiting for me. I had a pocket full of brass that I picked up at the range the otherday, so I went to drop it off in my reloading room.
When I got there I found both my dillon presses were dumped over on the floor.
Seems my storage system had a structural flaw. I have a bookshelf that I drilled holes in one of the shelves, to which I can attach the presses when I'm not using them. The shelf is the type that sits on pins, and it must have gotten a bit heavy toward the front and tipped out of the case.
I cleaned up the spent primers and powder that spilled out of the measures.
Now I have to make sure everything is ok and come up with a better storage system.
Luckily it doesn't look like anything was seriously damaged.Oh, man! That hurts my heart to read. I hope everything comes out well.
I have a couple of buddies that come over after hunting season and we spend a couple of days casting bullets for the rest of the year. Late winter or early spring before it gets hot.
Same here but I just finished sorting out all of mine. I'm REALLY impressed with the strong mount but, alas I only have room for two strong mounts I'd have to get rid of some things to make it work for the other three.Multiple dillons I'm too busy to play with
