223/5.56 Minimum bullet shank in contact with neck.

I want this much bullet shank in contact with the case neck using a Sierra 53 gr bullet. A Sierra 69 gr will be a lot deeper into the neck, so the COL is not to long for the magazine.

Loaded rounds must fit the chamber and magazine.
