Bad Barrel from Davide Pedersoli and Sons. The top flat is off, when the breech plug was installed the tang was ground to match the defective barrel with the undulating sighting plane. Oddly enough, the Barrel was the only part installed in the stock when it shipped, held in with masking tape.
