3-20-24 Hammer did not work firing double action today. Cylinder turned, trigger worked. Gun dry. Hope lube fixes it. Looking like wear on parts, compared to M17. EDIT 3-25-24 : Break Free CLP fixed sear spring & sear. Resets now.
Dry guns dont run.
4/24- Lubed models 17, 28, 29. The 29-2 came back from the fractory with black grease in the action. Red locktite on side plate screws. Just noticed S&W switched my hand picked, fancy wood factory grips for plain jane ones.
