    H&R Pardner Pump vs Mossberg 500 Shotgun

    Guy I know broke a part of his H&R Pardner and they couldn't supply him with a replacement, and straight up 870 parts didn't fit. Considering you can get still get used Mossberg 500s for $200 used I'd have no reason to consider a Chinese gun.

    I picked up a cheap Mossberg 590 from 1990 today, which turned out to be an Intimidator model. That's a factory laser forend. It's missing the laser capsule itself. Anybody here own one? I'm trying to decide if it's worth fixing or I should sell to one of the guys who collect these things.

    Thanks, but my problem is the opposite of that. The issue I have is the stop doesn't move far enough out of the way to reliably pop rounds out of the mag tube. I've stoned down the business end, as well as the tail (so I can maintain enough engagement of the shell rim.) That's given me the...

I don't know if there's a change both are the wrong style, but looking online I don't see any different ones out there that fit this series of shotgun. Still trying to figure out...

    I bought one this week for a price I couldn't turn down (speaking of that, these are not valuable guns--if you can live without an original box you can get one for around $500.)     We might be talking about different guns. The left-hand shell stop is most definitely a casting.
