    Reduced recoil youth shotshell load

I would load shotgun at minimum load, would hate to get a wad stuck in the barrel and shoot again. I have had this happen, and it splits the barrel. Mine was due to a light charge from Federal Ammo.

    7mm or 300

Guys do not get me wrong I am not by any means planning on shooting 600 yds, that is worst case scenario. I do know that the average shot where I am going is 400 yds. I am one that has hunted more then many will get a chance to, and know my limits. I just want to be able if if need be. I do...

    7mm or 300

I did look at the 7mm stw, and was a little intrigued with the ballistics. My main concern was finding brass for it in these scarce times, let alone finding loaded rounds. The ultra ages are a possibility but not sure I want the recoil from them. Any ultra mag shooters can chime in here it...

    7mm or 300

I like to shoot distance, with that being said I prefer to shoot 100 yds or less, but I have a once in a lifetime chance on private trophy land and I don't want to feel limited on options. I want to have every possibly advantage I can get. I have thought of the .30-06 in a bolt, but do not...

    7mm or 300

I am looking for a new rifle for elk hunting, with an effective kill range to 600 yds. I currently have a .30-06 Remington 760 pump. The pump shoots very well, but I can't attach a bipod. So what would you seasoned elk hunters recommend? This might also be used for mule deer. On a side...

    Glenfield 30a

I would refinish the stock, but it had the checkering (1975) in it, and someone sanded half of it out. SO I want to raplace it. This is going to be a gift for my son, as I have redone him a glenfield 60 already. I thought this would be a nice match to that rifle. It will give him something...

    Glenfield 30a

Well I broke down today and picked up a Glenfield 30A, and am quit happy with this lever gun, as it is the first one I have owned. The bluing is 95%, and the wood, well someone decided to paint it in a camo pattern. So now I am in my search to find replacement furniture, and am not sure where...

    Flying p-dogs! (Very Gross Photo)

Pdogs are about the best longrange hunting we have here in ND. They are plentiful, and most of the ranchers apperciate hunters shooting them. Cattle are worth alot more then a prairie rat.

    Tikka T-3 Lite

I love my Tikka T3, if you want wood buy the Hunter. Look at the weight of the T3, and change some of that plastic to metal, and you add back the weight they shed by using the plastic. I bought it because it is accurate, and light, which means nice handling hunting rig. I have Remingtons and...

WTK: Benelli M1 Super 90 - Fiocchi Low Recoil

Take it apart like you stated, clean, and use a very light coating of syn. oil. Had an 11-87 that would do that when it got cold, just needed a good cleaning every couple 100 rounds.
