Honestly... Synthetic motor oil will work just fine. I have used it for years and it works as good as some of the big name "gun oils."

I carry my 19 IWB and OWB. Depends on the weather/what I am wearing. I live in FL, so 7 months out of the year, I pretty much have no choice but IWB. When it cools down a little I like to wear OWB.
