Get yourself some Ballistol and make up a spray bottle of moose milk. Typical loading 70 grains of black powder, so you may need some filler for a compressed load. 50 grains should be a powder puff load for sure.
Does factory 223 chamber? If so, check your crimp. I bet if you lighten your crimp you’ll find your reloads feed and chamber like butter! 😀 I was having a similar problem with my American ranch in 223
KelTec comes up with some “interesting” concepts but recoil management is not in their vocabulary. Every keltec that I’ve shot from pistol, rifle, and shotgun have been uncomfortable to shoot.

After a soak...
Just received my 2 cases yesterday that I ordered from Palmetto State. The rebate can be fully completed online. Take a few pictures of the receipt, UPC code, front and back of case.
Just make concealed carry an endorsement to a drivers license or state ID card, similar to a motorcycle endorsement. No need to have a separate concealed carry card in your wallet.
I wish Ruger would bring back the Bearcat in 22lr/22mag. They can be had both on the used market and custom gunsmith market, but both options are way too overpriced.
